 Once I get something in my head to do, it kind of gets stuck there.

From pogo sticking, Easter egg hunting, vitamin collecting and bird calls, I try to be the best at everything I do and do not stop untill I am.

Now it is armwrestling. I've been training my left side furiously and here are the results.
Do not let the feminine attire fool you, as a lefty I have quite an advantage over most bodybuilders. Beware all you wrestlers. I am a Champ.

Protein- Protein is one of the oldest and most commonly used bodybuilding supplements. Adequate protein intake is absolutely essential for building lean muscle. A general rule of thumb is to consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight each day. This is often difficult to achieve through diet alone.

Multi-Vitamins- Taking a Multi-Vitamin/Mineral supplement is not as glamerous as other Bodybuilding Supplements, but it is atleast as important. If your diet is deficient in a particular area, you will never reach your full potential. Taking a good Multi-Vitamin/Mineral supplement daily is one of the best ways to make certain your body has all the nutrients it needs.
Nitric Oxide- Nitric Oxide is relatively new in the world of bodybuilding supplements. Nitric Oxide can increase muscle size, strength, increase nutrient uptake, help you get a better pump and even increase the effectiveness of Creatine!
Meal Replacement Products- Meal replacement products are extremely important in the world of bodybuilding supplements. In an ideal world every bodybuilder would have the time to sit down every 2-3 hours and eat a chicken breast, some rice, a salad and a glass of milk. In the real world most bodybuilders have jobs and other commitments that make that next to impossible to do on a daily basis. This is where meal replacement products are important. Meal replacement products are typically in the form of a powder that can be mixed into a drink or in the form of a bar that can be eaten almost anywhere.
