Coney Island eating contest
Monday, April 20, 2009 at 18:57 My friend Rick is a competitive bodybuilder. He gives me advice that I sometimes follow.
One such tip: "Eat anything you want one day a week."
My day first began with meeting some friends in a local Irish bar that shows all the European and British soccer games early in the morning.
Then I headed to Coney Island because it was 75 degrees and I had also planned on riding the Cyclone.
From there I went to Brighten Beach and hung out with all the local Russians. Then back into New York City to meet some friends.
It was a perfect day to take Rick's advice. Unfortunately, even the best advice can be abused in the extreme.
(Giant pimples appear from eating tons of sugar and fried food)
