Almost fell overboard
Friday, March 27, 2009 at 18:12 Holy crap, I almost fell overboard. Good thing no one was watching.
I think my equilibrium is off. Badly off. Possibly flying in jets across the Pacific Ocean, little boats that float slowly down the river while singing Hawaiian music, speeding around the Pacific Ocean on a catamaran while drinking and whale watching and flying in helicopters around Kauai and the Na Pali coast and giant water falls might be part of this odd feeling I am having.

Tomorrow if it kills me, and it might, I am going snorkeling and tubing through dark tunnels and caves in cold water. Thinking I will skip the ziplines which is flying from tree to tree from a harness and a very small cable. Me Jane, not today.
This is me and my piolet. Great guy, born on the Island. I tried to be cool and do the Hawaiian hand thing, but need more practice.

It is almost time to leave this beautiful Island of Kaui and head to Maui for some fun and excitement. I hear it's a rocking town, I mean Island. I will miss Dukes. It's a great place for drinking and eating and relaxing on the beach. I will also miss my office at the Marriot Hotel which was outside surrounded by gardens, tropical flowers and birds, on the Pacific.

When I picked my head up from the computer, my view was of surfers and other water sporters that I have absolutely no clue what they were doing. My office overlooked this pool and gardens. It was my spot and I'm going to miss it.
