WHEN THE MUSICS OVER

For the second year in a row the World Championship of Musical Chairs turned ugly when defending champion and world record holder Ivan Toosit of Norway failed to get the required 3/4 cheek on the last seat as the final notes of "The Chicken Dance" sounded. Instant replay, however, did show that Toosit was indeed nudged off the chair by bitter Chinese rival and current "Mother May I" champion Mi Situ. The ensuing melee cancelled the games once again whose origins date back to some of the worlds first birthday parties.

Humans can't do anything without fighting. What's up with throwing plastic chairs, anyway?

I don't know Tanuk. It's pretty sick.

This reminds of the Bosnian/Serb Super National musical chair event back in 96. Something like 13 people died and many more were injured. Back then they used wooden chairs which is the reason they switched over to plastic in 97. The game has never been the same since.

Maybe they should just draw circles on the ground in place of chairs so nobody can throw them. :)
