My phone rang endlessly in the background. I ran to the subway as Janet summoned me. I hopped onto the most crowed downtown #1 train that I have ever seen. Smushed through the door, I held on by trying to balance my body in case the train jerked. An older women with a cain got on and not one male or female offered her a seat. I tapped some guy, who taps another guy and then taps this women and asks her if she would like to sit down. She moves toward me with the help of some nice guy. I look around wondering why someone closer did not offer her a seat. Off to Gee Whiz Diner to meet Janet. The rest of the night is a blur. She fell asleep, I watched Sex in the City, Dexter and played around on Ebay until I passed out from exhaustion.
