Thank you Lori, Chris, and Brian

First of all I want to wish everyone reading this a Happy Thanksgiving. I know it technically isn't Thanksgiving Day, but there is no way in H-E-double-hockey-sticks that I am working tomorrow :-) If you are one of the people who do not celebrate Thanksgiving take my advice and start. It is always good to stop and reflect on how good you have it.
Lori thought I was going to blog about how she always tells me to do the same thing 5 times (and she does!), but I decided that I would rather post about how thankful I am to work where I work, and since I am the blogger now, that is what I am going to do!
I am thankful that I work for you Lori - I truly am. I consider you a friend first and a boss second. Some people might think that I am just kissing up, but Lori knows me better than that. I respect you Lori and I think what you have accomplished is amazing and there is so much more to do :-)
Christopher, you are an amazing guy and I have such respect for you. You are an intellectual giant and when you aren't yelling at me (j/k) I enjoy chatting with you immensely. You have taught me plenty! You are a true Red Sox fan and I love how we enjoy booing the hated Yankees together. Please keep signing my checks after that last remark :-)
Brian, what can I say? You are an amazing talent and a true artist - one of the few I have ever met. You expect perfection and are courteous enough to accept what I give you instead. I love talking Mac with you and one day we WILL figure out how to create a working Photoshop "stamp" action! How is that video database coming along?
So, I am thankful for my cool job and my awesome co-workers. I am thankful for the HP and the iMac, I am thankful for the developer tools. Most of all, I THANK YOU for being the most amazing people I have ever worked with...
Have a good holiday. Peace,
Adam

I'm new to female body building and am looking for information regarding supplements I should or should not be taking. I was recently introduced to Universal Nutritions Animal Pak, it seems to have everything, but it is geared towards men. I also found that they made a similar product Universal Nutrition Women's Fitness, but it doesn't have the digestive enzyme that the Animal Pak does. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding these or any other supplements? Thanks
are you insecure too?
And it's not about the money - teams should spend to win, no doubt. It's just that the Yankees front office has been unable to assemble a winner that makes me laugh.
So they can pay a mediocre Roger Clemens $20 million (last year) and mediocre Andy Petitte $16 million (this year) - please go ahead and do just that. Another second place finish isn't THAT bad :-)
