I live in Florida and I just recently met Lori Victoria Braun. We started training together at the World's Gym. She is in great shape and helped motivate me and helped me through a problem I am having. I know Lori is a natural bodybuilder and a very positive person. That is why I respect her and her advice. Moving on...I have had big breasts my entire life and I truly hated then getting in my way especially since I am an athletic women. I found out that boob size is mostly fat, so I began to weight train to decrease their size. I felt that they would draw negative attention to me and make me feel like a sexual object. I am an athlete and I am very proud of that. The obsession with big breasts makes me feel very uncomfortable. I believe that I am the only one who feels this way since all the female bodybuilders, figure and fitness women are getting implants larger and larger each year. I have a beautiful body. I am very hard, muscular and symmetrical. I feel confident both mentally and physically. Fake boobs make me feel badly about being a women. Can someone help me to understand this American compulsion with large implanted breasts. Thank you. Emily Low

it is your body and shouldnt take these types of things as personal attacks
But again your perception could be different than someone elses
I have heard women say that their not being exploited in a negative light as they exploit themselves voluntarily
I personally think that you should be proportioned to your looks and size as so many are not
Just eat healthy and work out the right way and forget the bs and you'll be fine
Unfortunately though the entertainbment and fitness industry has required if i can say that big boobs and tight asses are to be in the picture
And quite a few of the fitness pro's are into the "erotic" theme and some have even gone into the porn realm

Let nature take its course. There will always be women, who will be envious of you, because of what you have, especially, if they don’t have it. I believe, that bodybuilding women who get breast enhancements, for more than just an entertainment industry reason…..I say this because, society, will never, be able to cause a person to think little of them selves (excuse the pun), because, if somewhere in their life, they have been taught to be proud of what they have…..this is a self esteem issue. Some female bodybuilders, who train hard…..have never been well endowed, so they have to be extremely feminine looking, or they could be mistaken for a man…..so, some women in this bodybuilding industry, get the breast enhancements so they can look like what society thinks a woman should look like…….As woman, our breasts serve two purposes…..One - to feed our babies, and two, to entice our man…….but, don’t get it confused……a women can feed a baby with small breasts….and also entice a man with small breasts……always be proud of what you have……and don’t ever try to change your body to please society or anyone else…..I think you look fabulous Emily…..and when you train hard like you do…..and you still have large breasts…..all I can say is ….you are very lucky…..because, most women experience the opposite…..and that is another reason why bodybuilding women….get the breast enlargement……I myself, find that when I workout…..I lose some inches in the breast area….however, there are natural supplements that I find, do actually help keep a women’s breast the same size and even increase in inches, in spite of hard workouts……..I will be coming out with an e-book very soon with what that supplement is and what I do to maintain my muscles and breasts…….Good luck Emily….Stay focused…..and be proud of your body…..every inch of it………Peace……Barbie Ann
