Dismissal denied for Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan

    Attorneys for Craig Titus, Kelly Ryan and Anthony Gross tried to get the charges against their clients dropped.

In the end, the judge denied their requests and set a trial date for January of 2007. Titus and Ryan are charged with kidnapping and murdering their personal assistant, Melissa James.

James' body was found in the trunk of a burned out Jaguar in the desert last year. Gross is accused of helping to set that car on fire.
