Email from a New York guy stuck in Florida born in Brooklyn

Hi. How's things? I never know if you get my email. Sometimes it fells like they fall into a black hole somewhere in cyber-space.

Now that it's summer the heat in the morning is something that might be good
for making pizza. Even if development picks up, it will never change the climate. There is a chance that a new spa hotel/condo will go up across the street with a tunnel to the ocean.That is years away and there is a big fight with the old people to let that type of development here. Many people think that is bad news. The old Florida and the old testament and that good time religion and fried chicken, and segregation and I wish I were in Dixie people keep their foot on the brakes.
I do go on. So what's new?
