See Arnold run

It's a Japanese commercial for some kind of drink called Yosh, and it features  Arnold Schwarzenegger. You get to see what appears to be a younger Arnie accosted by tough youths, turn into some kind of weird outer space game show host or something, and then juggle two grown men. I don't really understand it (Note: commenter dvddesign says the beverage is actually called "V Drink").

Drinks like this have been popular in Japan for some time. Especially amongst those harried business people who go out drinking together every night after work. Helps them get through the next day, smoothes out the sake hangover.

I think the "V" stands for "vitality", though I don't exactly remember. Typical to get an American action star, like Arnold, to promote it. Like in the film "Lost in Translation".

There's a much more organic drink called "Green Magma" made from barley sprouts. Takes some getting used to, but it seemed really healthy. I don't know if it's still available.

Ha! Remember yeast shakes? Blaauuuughk :( I don't think those could be popular anywhere.
