galerie5.jpgI perform 3-4 sets of 3 exercises per muscle group, prioritising multi-joints movements (deadlift, squat, bench press, lunges, leg press, shoulder press, barbell rowing, seated rowing, etc.) I like to change up my reps, tempo and intensity (load). In general I favor short rest intervals of no more than 45-90 seconds between sets. I include several stretching sessions to keep my muscles supple and maintain a good posture.

When it comes to nutrition, I ingest around 150g of protein per day. My fat intake comes primarily from good fats like fish oils and flax seed oil.

My carbs intake comes from rice, oatmeal, veggies, whole-grain pasta, fat-free yogurt, and integral cereals. Christiane Lamy's website
