Grand Jury Preliminary Hearing Set for Titus and Ryan

"The murder case involving two bodybuilders will go before a Grand Jury. Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan are scheduled to have a preliminary hearing at the end of the month, but if the Grand Jury delivers an indictment, the hearing will be cancelled.

Titus and Ryan are accused of killing their personal assistant, 28 year old Melissa James, back in December. They were both arrested near Boston right before Christmas.

The Grand Jury could meet as soon as next week. On Monday, the couple will be back in the courtroom. Their attorneys will ask the judge to consider a motion to suppress recorded statements made right after their arrest in Massachusetts." kvbc
