Mourinho predicts Chelsea Title

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has targeted 9 April as the day for the Blues to capture the Premiership title.
The Stamford Bridge club are 15 points clear of Manchester United while Liverpool trail by 21 and Mourinho believes eight more wins could seal it.
That means it could be sealed by the time they entertain West Ham.
Mourinho told Chelsea TV: "We have the second Premiership in our hands, we cannot lose it. When we get eight wins, we will be champions."
The Chelsea manager predicted at Christmas 2004 that the Blues would win the title at Bolton on 30 April, which they did with a 2-0 victory.
Before the Hammers, they face Middlesbrough on Saturday, Portsmouth, West Brom, Tottenham, Fulham, Manchester City and Birmingham.
