Sunday, February 5, 2006 at 05:15 Lori met Tyler while training at the Martial Arts Studio of Master H in Manhattan in late 1999.
Tyler himself was a 6th Degree Black Belt in several Martial Arts disciplines. He was a 30 something guy, slightly under 6 feet, handsome and charming. Lori soon found out he was married to his high school sweetheart in Connecticut with a 4 year old son.
There was an intense physical attraction between Lori and Tyler, as cliche as it may seem, from the moment they met. Immediately also their email and in-person dialogues began to center around certain erotic and sado-masochistic themes involving wrestling, choking, and other forms of domination.
When they first met, Tyler was bored in his Connecticut life and finance/accounting job and had plenty of time to send long and involved emails.
Lori kept all of these emails and many that she sent back to Tyler.
The relationship would turn very physically and emotionally dangerous. From the outset a triangle among Tyler, Lori and Master H emerged. Also happening was the predictable and financially and emotionally devastating Connecticut divorce.
Tyler's cold violence would surface later in the relationship.
