Jane Fonda taking it to the extreme as usual. Veteran actress Jane Fonda is lending her voice to a Valentine's Day campaign to stop violence against the female sex. As a part of the campaign, the actress will appear in a US public service announcement for an upcoming celebration of women's rights, on the 14th of February. Fonda said that the day of love was the perfect day for the campaign.
"When violence against women and girls ends I'll be able to talk to my men friends the way I talk to my women friends. Let V-Day become the world," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. (ANI)

"Here is one of the routines i do with all of my classes. I do this with each class and we do it twice during the advanced abs classes. Wether you are looking for over abdominal strength or have a specialty such as boxing or kickboxing this will do you well. Lay on your back and bring your legs straight up and out together to a 90 degree position and hold them there while you do 60 crunches, then drop the legs to 60 degrees and do 60 more crunches then drop the legs to 30 degrees and do 60 more crunches. If you are a beginner stop here but If you are advanced keep going. Hold the legs up at 12 inches off the floor for as long as you can.. If you are extremely advanced you may add more crunches or even weights to your ankles."
