California executes its oldest death row inmate minutes after his 76th birthday
Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 19:01 Clarence Ray Allen, who was convicted of arranging the murders of four people, was pronounced dead at 12:38 a.m. at San Quentin State Prison.
