Third suspect in burned body case in court

A third person accused in connection with the burned body murder case appeared via video phone in a Las Vegas courtroom Tuesday morning. 23 year old Anthony Gross is charged with accessory to murder and third degree arson.

The Gross family has hired a private attorney who's already working out on how to get him out of jail. Bail will be set at $10,000 on count 2 and $3,000 on count 3. The Gross family is expected to post bail for Anthony.

Once he is out, Anthony Gross will be on house arrest while he awaits a preliminary hearing in which he will be reunited with Craig Titus and Kelly Ryan.

Police say Gross helped set fire to the car which held the duct taped and strangled body of Melissa James. Gross claims he had no idea there was a body in the car he left burning on the side of Blue Diamond Highway on December 14.

Family members in the courtroom Tuesday morning cheered when the judge granted bail.
