I am a Canadian, currently living in London, Ontario. I am 5'7", & generally weigh between 145-160lbs. I have been very athletic my entire life. Although, I haven't continuously competed in bodybuilding competitions, I have been lifting weights consistantly for 25 years. In 2002, I was 1st in the Canadian Womens Masters, & 5th in the Canadian Womens Heavyweight divisions. I am presently preparing to compete in the Canadian Nationals again this year, on September 20th.
