Hi..this is Marianna's daughter Amanda..and yes. She did pass away September 26th. She has fought cancer for actually 2-3 years now about. She stayed strong through the whole process and I will always be so proud of her. She passed away with more strength than many put together in the state she was in. She knew it was coming and went with honor. For any of you who knew her well..you would know she went with all her good humour aswell. She always had a smile on her face with a joke or two. It was a massive loss for myself, but I'm sorry for all who knew her..she made a good impact on anyone in her path.

Hi Amanda,
I met you once when you were very young, and I beleive you were living with your grandparents at the time. I knew your mom, and we both trained at PowerHouse Gym in Port Moody (Now Fitness Avenue). Your mom was still seeing Steve at the time.

Your mom once told me that it was I whom inspired her to become a competetive bodybuilder. I lost contact with Marianna, and was shocked to hear that she fought cancer for so long and ultimately the disease stole her spirit from us all. I was wondering what type of cancer she had? My mom is a survivor of breast cancer, and I lost my dad and my grandfather to cancer.

I wish you all the best in the future and know that your mom will always be with you.

I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I only knew her as "Marianna" when she was in the World Wrestling Federation. In the new "Best of WWE 2004" magazine, there is a picture of her on the Farewells page. God bless.

Hi Amanda, My name is Heidi. I lived with your mom in Abbotsford on a little street called Fern. I met her when she worked at Mantique in Langley? I think. I have atually met you on many occasion while you lived at your gramma's. She was a FUNNY and most WARM person who loved you SO much even though she couldn't always be there with you.
She used to burn oatmeal on the stove and leave her clothes lying all over the house :-) I am so sorry, but if your anything like her, the legend lives on!
You can email me anytime you like and we'll exchange #'s. My Grampa passed 2 days b4 your mom so I know a little of your pain. Take care girlie.

Hi Amanda,
You dont know me but I met your mom in 1999 just as she was breaking into the WWE she use drive to Saratoga Springs NY to visit my cousin and I. Besides being a great cook and having a sense of humor, she also shared a faith your grandfarther and I have. She talked about resuming it again at some point and Im sure if time allowed her she would have.
I just found out about your mom This week almost a year later, I am so sorry to hear about this loss. I can wait to see her in the New System.
Take care of yourself and never give up the hope.
