Psychiatrist Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, who revolutionized the way the world looks at terminally ill patients, has died at age 78. Her book On Death and Dying launched her career as a pioneer for hospice care. John Biewen of American Radioworks reports.
From Lori: Elizabeth Kubler-Ross changed my life from the first time I saw her. I was lucky enough to hear one of her last lectures in New York. I must say she is one of the most amazing inspirational human beings that I have ever encountered. She sent me on my spiritual path. I have read every one of her books inlcuding her last book that she recently completed. She has changed the way so many people view death, making it a positive part of life. I highly suggest reading her books. It will open your eyes, mind and spirit. Thank you Elizabeth. You will be greatly missed but we know you are in a happy, peaceful place.
