From the Assoicated Press:

"SAN DIEGO -- A Long Island bodybuilder who edits Rx Muscle magazine has been accused of conspiring to unlawfully distribute human growth hormone.

David Palumbo, 36, allegedly obtained counterfeit serostim and sold it to his fellow musclemen, according to an indictment filed in U.S. District Court in San Diego."
