About this site

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.  I spent my teenage years casuing chaos in Flatbush and alternating between being a gifted student and a delinquent troublemaker. 

My parents divorced and my brother Bruce and I had an account at the corner deli and commuted regularly to Washington Square Park in Greenwich Village to hang out and play music.

I started college at SUNY New Paltz in upstate New York.  It was too damn cold and every "student" there apparently was having his or her first sex and drugs, and the campus was chaotic.  I transferred to University of Florida
[Go Gators] and hung out on campus and frequently visited my cool ass grandmother, who one day just left Brooklyn and her husband and moved South.

I had started lifting weights as a young teenager and started pumping serious iron in Florida.  I began to become enchanted with the bodybuilding culture, and I soon figured out that I had crazy genetics and that I was really quite strong for my size (really, just quite strong, period.)

I founded femalemuscle.com in 1995 [a few days after the Internet opened :)]. 

My official biographer suggests that the last 11 years of my life are far too complicated to further summarize here.

Lori I never got a chance to get up to New York to meet you in person. That was my goal. Would have wanted to train with you. I am still in Virginia but out of the Navy now. I miss talking with you. We used to email each other and you would tell me how sweet I was. I am going to get married and have been engaged since last October.
